Today, I just wanted to take a few moments to thank the Help a PR Pro Out Day champions and the PR community and provide three tips for job seekers who are considering video submissions for this Friday’s event:

I would point out that the background that you used would be a perfect setting. I might also argue that you should do 1-2 takes at best. Since no one is 100 percent polished on an interview some sponteniety (I may have made that word up)and recovery from misspeaks might also be valuable.
One additional feature that I might add would be to have someone work the camera and offer some interview questions like:
Why should we hire you?
What makes you stand out?
What have you been doing lately?
I'd also keep the video below five minutes to fully capture the audience.
